Why not prohibit smoking?
There is a good article over at CNN that does well to point out the errors of our fight against drugs and addiction by comparing it to our fight against cigarettes. While he is actually dead wrong about the laws that infringe on the rights of owners of bars and restaurants to choose whether or not to allow smoking at their establishments, he makes up for those shortcomings with some other great points in the article.
